Overview:
Turkish Republic of North Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean and one of

Mediterranean and Europe. Current land prices are approximately 25% and

island. Furthermore, South Cyprus property prices are 30-40% cheaper than
other major Mediterranean countries such as Spain or Portugal. |
