Property prices in Cyprus
have for many years been much lower than other parts of the
Mediterranean and Europe. Current land prices are approximately 25% and
resale villa prices about 30-40% less than of those in the south of the
island. Furthermore, South Cyprus property prices are 30-40% cheaper than
other major Mediterranean countries such as Spain or Portugal. |
